CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-130 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING REIMBURSEMENT <br /> AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF DUBLIN <br /> FOR 1-580 INTERCHANGES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 15, 1998, the City Council received a staff report <br /> (SR98:228) from the Director of Public Works regarding approval of a <br /> reimbursement agreement with the City of Dublin for past improvements to 1-580 <br /> interchanges, which substitutes the State Local Agency Investment Fund (LAIF) <br /> rate for the proposed Consumer Price Index (CPI); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Reimbursement Agreement with the City of Dublin for costs for the <br /> 1-580 interchanges, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> this reference, but which substitutes LAIF for the CPI in Section 5 and 7. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 15, 1998 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, and Pico <br />NOES: Mayor Tarver <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Pegg3FI~. l~i~ro, Cffy Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
