b. No more than ten percent (10%) of the total shelf area within the convenience <br /> market may be used to display beer and wine. <br /> <br /> c. Beer and wine cannot be displayed within five feet (5' 0") of the cash register <br /> or front door unless it is being store in a permanently located cooler. <br /> <br /> d. No advertisements of alcoholic beverages may be displayed at the fuel is- <br /> lands. <br /> <br /> e. Beer and wine may not be displayed from an ice tub. <br /> <br /> f. No self-illuminating advertising of beer and wine is allowed on window and <br /> doors. <br /> <br /> g. Employees on duty between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. selling <br /> beer and wine must be at least 21 years old. <br /> <br />5. The service station operator shall maintain the service station/convenience market <br /> in a clean and orderly manner at all times. <br /> <br />6. There shall be no truck deliveries, parking lot sweeping, or garbage pick-up be- <br /> tween the hours of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. <br /> <br />7.
