6. Unless otherwise modified by these conditions, all conditions of approval of Case <br /> Z-98-19 shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />7. Approval of this expansion shall not take effect until the approval of the <br /> conditional use permit (UP-98-21) and the design review (Z-98-149) for the <br /> parking lot at 4287 Stanley Boulevard becomes effective. <br /> <br />8. No building permits for the expansion of the bank/office building shall be issued <br /> prior to issuance of any permits required for construction of the new parking lot at <br /> 4287 Stanley Boulevard (Cases Z-98-149 and UP-98-21 ).
