CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-119 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF MT. <br /> DIABLO NATIONAL BANK FOR DESIGN REVIEW <br /> APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-98-155 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mt. Diablo National Bank has applied for design review approval to construct an <br /> approximately 3,000 square foot addition to a recently-approved 13,400 square <br /> foot, two-story bank located at 992 Main Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-C (Central Commercial) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held before the City Council on August 18, <br /> 1998, at which time all pertinent testimony and documents were reviewed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determined that the proposed project, as conditioned, is <br /> appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves Case Z-98-155, the application ofMt. Diablo National Bank for design <br /> review approval to construct an approximately 3,000 square foot addition to a <br /> recently-approved 13,400 square foot, two-story bank located at 992 Main Street, <br /> subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B," attached hereto and made a part of <br /> this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 18, 1998 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
