CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-117 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br /> FOR THE APPLICATION OF MT. DIABLO NATIONAL <br /> BANK FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED <br /> UNDER CASE RZ-98-04/UP-98-21/Z-98-149 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 18, 1998, the City Council received a proposed negative <br /> declaration for the application of Mt. Diablo National Bank for rezoning to the <br /> C-C (Central Commercial) District and for conditional use pennit and design <br /> review approvals to construct a 29-space parking lot to be located at 4287 Stanley <br /> Boulevard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated June 15, 1998, <br /> and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the <br /> opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br /> applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development plan and rezoning would not <br /> have any significant adverse effects on the environment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that the proposed project will have no potential for <br /> adverse impacts on the site's wildlife; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
