CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-116 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION SETTING COMPENSATION FOR <br /> MANAGEMENT AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES OF <br /> THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, compensation for the City's management and confidential employees except the <br /> City Manager and City Attorney are set forth in the City's Management and <br /> Confidential Compensation Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the current Management and Confidential Compensation Plan expires August 31, <br /> 1998; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, compensation for the City's management and confidential employees for the period <br /> September 1, 1998 through August 31, 1999, as recommended by the City <br /> Manager, is set forth in the attached Management and Confidential Compensation <br /> Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Adopts the attached Management and Confidential Compensation Plan effective <br /> September 1, 1998. <br /> <br />Section 2: Repeals Resolution No. 97-94. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED .BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 18, 1998 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
