CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-113 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE PLEASANTON <br /> DOWNTOWN SPECIFIC PLAN BY DELETING THE <br /> REALIGNMENT OF ST. JOHN STREET AND RAY STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 4, 1998, the Council received a staff report from the <br /> Director of Planning and Community Development (SR 98:200) regarding a <br /> modification to the text of the Pleasanton Downtown Specific Plan and the <br /> Downtown Revitalization Plan, which modification would delete the <br /> recommendation on the Plans for the realignment of St. John Street and Ray Street <br /> and other cross-streets to Main Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on August 4, 1998; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Adopts the text modifications to the Downtown Specific Plan and the Downtown <br /> Revitalization Plan, Case SP-98-02, as set forth on the attached Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
