~~.I~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-112 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE COMPOSITION AND <br /> SELECTION PROCESS FOR THE EAST PLEASANTON <br /> STUDY COMMITTEE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on May 5, 1998, the City Council established the area and scope of an East <br /> Pleasanton Study; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 4, 1998, the Council received a staff report from the <br /> Director of Planning and Community Development (SR 98:207) and took public <br /> input regarding options for the committee membership to perform this study; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The East Pleasanton Study Committee shall be composed of thirteen members as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> Two representative from each of the four directly affected neighborhoods: Kolln <br /> area; Kamp South area; Mohr-Martin area; and Kamp North; and <br /> Three developers; and <br /> Two citizens at large. <br /> <br />Section 2: The position will be advertised in newspapers of general circulation and interested <br /> citizens should submit applications to the City Clerk. Interviews will be held by <br /> the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
