CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-106 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE COST TO ABATE A <br /> NUISANCE AT 444 DEL SOL AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an itemized written report showing the cost of nuisance abatement at 444 Del Sol <br /> Avenue, Pleasanton, California, on which debris and weeds existed that were not <br /> abated voluntarily by the owners thereof, was presented to the City Council at its <br /> meeting of July 21, 1998; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The costs of the abatement are deemed by law to constitute a special assessment <br /> against the parcel of property commonly known as 444 Del Sol Avenue, <br /> Pleasanton, Califomia, Alameda County A.P.N. 094-0021-028-00, and shall be <br /> added by the Treasurer-Tax Collector to the next regular tax bill for the parcel as <br /> stated in the written report received from the City of Pleasanton Law Department. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JULY 21, 1998 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Peggy ~. ~z~ro} City Gerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
