CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-105 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLEASANTON <br /> DOWNTOWN BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT <br /> ADVISORY BOARD REPORT AND BUDGET AND <br /> LEVYING THE 1998-99 ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and approved the Pleasanton Downtown Advisory <br /> Board report and budget for 1998, which report satisfies the statutory requirements <br /> of Streets and Highways Code §36533, and is attached to this resolution; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held as provided in §36534 of the Streets and <br /> Highways Code; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council confirms the Downtown Pleasanton Advisory Board report and <br /> budget, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Council hereby levies the 1998-99 annual assessments in connection with <br /> the Downtown Pleasanton Business Improvement District, as described in the <br /> report. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JULY 21, 1998 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
