~,~_,,,~.~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-98 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br /> FOR THE APPLICATION OF ALBERT WILLIAM <br /> ESPERSON COMPANY, INC., AS FILED UNDER CASE <br /> Z-98-02 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 7, 1998, the City Council received a proposed negative <br /> declaration for the application of Albert William Esperson Company, Inc. for <br /> rezoning to the PUD-HDR (Planned Unit Development - High Density <br /> Residential) District and development plan approval for three single-family <br /> residential lots located at 4264 First Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated May 4, 1998, <br /> and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the <br /> opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br /> applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project would not have any significant <br /> adverse effects on the environment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that the proposed project will have no potential for <br /> adverse impacts on the site's wildlife. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
