CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-92 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE <br /> CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a Capital Improvement Program in June 1997 for fiscal <br /> years 1997-98 through 2001-02; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 30, 1998 to review the Capital Improvement <br /> Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff presented a report (SR 98:172) regarding recommended amendments to the <br /> Capital Improvement Program. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Council adopts the amendments to the Capital Improvement Program as outlined <br /> in Attachment A. <br /> <br />Section 2: Approves the new and amended projects as recommended in the staff report and <br /> authorizes staff to make the appropriate revenue and expenditure adjustments as <br /> part of the City's first quarter financial report for fiscal year 1998-99, except that <br /> $825,000 recommended for purchase of the Busch Road property shall be placed <br /> in an unallocated reserve fund pending further considerations. <br /> <br />Section 3: Appropriates the revenues and approved project expenditures for the projects <br /> recommended for funding in fiscal year 1998-99. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
