West Dublin/Pleasanton BART Station <br /> <br /> 5. 1-580 HOV lanes between Santa Rita Road and Greenville Road <br /> <br /> 6. 1-680 HOV lanes from the State Route 84/I-680 interchange to the <br /> top of the Amador Grade <br /> <br /> 7. Improvements to the 1-580/Foothill Road/San Ramon Boulevard <br /> interchange <br /> <br /> 8. Improvements to 1-680/Alcosta Boulevard interchange <br /> <br /> 9. Crow Canyon Road safety improvement west of Bollinger Canyon <br /> Road <br /> <br /> 10. Vasco Road safety improvements north of 1-580 within Alameda <br /> County <br /> <br /> 11. Express bus service in the Tri-Valley area <br /> <br /> The Transportation Improvement Projects are all necessary to accommodate <br /> new development projected within the Tri-Valley Development Area by the <br /> year 2010, including development within Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> B. The fees collected pursuant to this resolution shall be used to finance the <br /> Transportation Improvement Projects. <br /> <br /> <br />
