ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> OAK TREEFARM <br /> LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING MAINTENAnCE DISTRICT, 1994-1 <br /> <br /> (Pursuant to Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972) <br /> <br /> Roger D. Higdon, City Engineer, Engineer for Oak Tree Farm <br />Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District, 1994-1, City of <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, makes this report as <br />directed by the City Council, pursuant to Section 22585 of the- <br />Streets and Highways Code (Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972). <br /> <br />The improvements which are the subject of this Report are briefly <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> The maintenance and repair of designated landscaped areas, open <br /> space slopes, fuel transition zones (fire breaks), entr~ <br /> features, open space drainage ditches, irrigation systems, <br /> trees in the open space and designated landscaped areas, and <br /> the furnishing of water and power for irrigation systems, <br /> together with all appurtenant and incidental expenses within <br /> Tract 6563, and parcels B and C of Parcel Map 6259, City of <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br />This Report consists of six parts, as follows: <br /> <br />PART A - Plans and specifications for the improvements are filed <br />with the City Clerk. Although separately bound, the plans and <br />specifications are a part of this report and are included in it by <br />reference. <br /> <br />PART B - An estimate of the annual maintenance costs of the <br />improvements. <br /> <br />PART C - An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on <br />each benefitted parcel of land within the Assessment District. <br /> <br />PART D - A statement of the method by which the undersigned has <br />determined the amount proposed to be assessed against each parcel. <br /> <br />PART E - A diagram showing all of the parcels of real property <br />within this assessment district.
