CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-68 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br /> FOR THE APPLICATION OF DONG YU REAL ESTATE <br /> FOR PUD PLAN APPROVAL FOR A SIX-LOT CUSTOM <br /> HOME DEVELOPMENT AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-98-01 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 19, 1998, the City Council received a proposed negative <br /> declaration for the application of Dong Yu Real Estate Development for PUD plan <br /> approval for a six-lot custom home development located on the west side of <br /> Foothill Road at Equus Court, which consists of a portion of a previously approved <br /> plan for this site (PUD-87-19, Yee); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated January 15, <br /> 1998, and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the <br /> opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br /> development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br /> applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development plan would not have any <br /> significant adverse effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
