CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-67 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 92-100 <br /> (MASTER FEE SCHEDULE) TO ESTABLISH REVISED <br /> DUBLIN SAN RAMON SERVICES DISTRICT SEWER <br /> CONNECTION FEES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 92-100 (A Resolution Establishing Fees and Charges for Various <br /> Municipal Services) is the present repository for listing of fees and charges for the <br /> City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 92-100 (Master Fee Schedule) is hereby amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> IV. Dublin San Ramon Services District Sewer Connection Fees: <br /> <br /> A. Each single-family dwelling unit shall pay a connection fee of Four <br /> Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($4,550). <br /> <br /> B. Each secondary dwelling unit shall pay a connection fee of Three <br /> Thousand Three Hundred and Ten Dollars ($3,310) <br /> <br /> C. All other users shall be assessed a connection fee based on average <br /> day peak month flow, BOD and SS to be discharged to the sewer <br /> system as follows: <br /> <br /> Peak Month Unit Cost <br /> Flow (gallon/day) $ 17.23 <br /> BOD (lb/day) 1,355.36 <br /> SS (lb/day) 714.99 <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
