~,~.I~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-65 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DIRECTING FILING OF ANNUAL REPORT <br /> FOR LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE ASSESSMENT <br /> DISTRICT NO. 1995-2(PURSUANT TO THE LANDSCAPING <br /> AND LIGHTING ACT OF 1972) <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Roger D. Higdon, City Engineer, the person designated by this Council as the <br /> Engineer of Work for Lighting and Landscape Assessment District No. 1995-2 <br /> (Laguna Oaks), is hereby directed to file an annual report in accordance with the <br /> provisions of the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution is adopted pursuant to Section 22622 of the Streets and Highways <br /> Code. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON MAY 19, 1998 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Pegg3flL~dr~, Cit:(flC~erk <br /> <br />Michael H.
