CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-58 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER <br /> IMPROVEMENTS, LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1993-1 (PURSUANT TO THE <br /> LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING ACT OF 1972) <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council intends to levy and collect assessments within Lighting and <br /> Landscape Assessment District No. 1993-1 (Windsor) during fiscal year 1998-99. <br /> The area of land to be assessed is located in the City of Pleasanton, Alameda <br /> County. <br /> <br />Section 2: The improvements to be made in this assessment district are generally described as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> Maintenance of the masonry walls, trees, shrubbery, groundcover, and irrigation <br /> systems situated on the northeast side of Tapestry Way and Minton Court, Lot A in <br /> the northwest comer of the subdivision and also Lot C in the southwest comer of <br /> the subdivision. <br /> <br />Section 3: In accordance with this Council's resolution directing the filing of an annual report, <br /> Roger D. Higdon, Engineer of Work, has filed with the City Clerk the report <br /> required by the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. All interested persons are <br /> referred to that report for a full and detailed description of the improvements, the <br /> boundaries of the assessments upon assessable lots and parcels of land within the <br /> assessment district. <br /> <br />Section 4: On Tuesday, the 2nd day of June 1998, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., the City Council <br /> will conduct a public hearing on the question of the levy of the proposed annual <br /> assessment. The hearing will be located in the City Council Chambers, 200 Old <br /> Bemal Avenue, Pleasanton, Califomia. <br /> <br /> <br />
