CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 98-51 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF MT. DIABLO NATIONAL BANK FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-98-19 WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 5, 1998, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of Mr. Diablo National Bank for design review approval to construct an approximately 13,400 square foot, two-story building for which the proposed uses are a bank and office/commercial space to be located at 992 Main Street; and WHEREAS, the City Council received and reviewed the Initial Study dated March 10, 1998, and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; and WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that the proposed rezoning will have no potential for adverse impacts on the site's wildlife. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Mt. Diablo National Bank for design review approval to construct an approximately 13,400 square foot, two-story building for which the proposed uses are a bank and office/commercial space to be located at 992 Main Street.
