~,~j CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-50 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br /> BttULABItAI AND VANITA PATEL FOR DESIGN REVIEW <br /> APPROVAL FOR A 4,956 SQ.FT. TWO-STORY HOME WITH <br /> A 1,570 SQ.FT. FIVE-CAR GARAGE, AS FILED UNDER <br /> CASE PUD-90-19-TM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Bhulabhai and Vanita Patel have applied for design review approval to construct <br /> an approximately 4,956 sq. ft. two-story home with a 1,570 sq. it. five-car garage <br /> located at 5568 Serenity Terrace (Lot #92 in the Moller Ranch project); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - RDR/LDR (Rural <br /> and Low Density Residential) and A (Agricultural) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held before the City Council on April 21, 1998, <br /> at which time all pertinent testimony and documents were reviewed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determined on May 5, 1998 that the proposed project, as <br /> conditioned, is appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves Case PUD-90-19-7M, the application of Bhulabhai and Vanita Patel for <br /> design review approval to construct an approximately 4,956 sq. ft. two-story home <br /> with a 1,570 sq. it. five-car garage, to be located at 5568 Serenity Terrace (Lot #92 <br /> in the Moller Ranch project), subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B," <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON MAY 5, 1998 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
