CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-43 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE MANAGEMENT <br /> COMPENSATION PLAN FOR THE LIVER1VIORE- <br /> PLEASANTON FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the cities of Livermore and Pleasanton formed a Joint Powers Authority to operate <br /> fire services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 14, 1998, the Joint Powers Authority Board reviewed and <br /> adopted the Management Compensation Plan for the fire department; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the next step in the process is for both partner city councils to ratify the <br /> compensation plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council of Pleasanton hereby adopts the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire <br /> Department Management Employee Performance and Compensation Plan for <br /> 1998, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON MAY 5, 1998 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
