,~,~,,x,~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-39 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 92-100 <br /> (MASTER FEE SCHEDULE) TO ESTABLISH FEES FOR <br /> TAXICAB DRIVER' S PERMIT APPLICATION AND <br /> TAXICAB RE-INSPECTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 92-100 (Master Fee Schedule) lists fees and charges for the City <br /> of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 21, 1998, the City Council received the Staff Report <br /> (SR 98:87) of the Police Department recommending establishing fees for taxicab <br /> driver's permit applications and for taxicab re-inspection when a taxicab is deemed <br /> to be unsuitable for service; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Article V (Police Department), Section A (Special Permits), Taxicabs is hereby <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Owner's Permit Application $600.00 <br /> 2. Taxicab Driver's Permit Application $150.00 <br /> 3. Taxicab Re-inspection Fee $ 25.00 <br /> 4. Flag Drop $ 1.80 <br /> Mileage 1.80 <br /> Standby 20.00/Hour <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON APRIL 21, 1998 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
