City of Pleasanton Temporary Construction Easement <br />County of Alameda APN. 0946-1680-012-00 <br />First Street Widening (White, Raymond & Marian) <br /> <br />A strip of land 10 feet in width, being a portion of Parcel 2, as said parcel is shown on that Parcel <br />Map 2298, filed in Book 97 of parcel Maps at Page 99, Alameda County Records, located in the City <br />of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, and more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the line common to Parcel 2 and Parcel 3 of said Parcel Map 2298, distant <br />thereon S 01 ° 32' 28". W, 29.44 feet from the Northerly common comer of said Parcels, thence <br />continuing along said line S 01° 32' 28" W, 11.80 feet to a point of cusp, a radial line to which bears <br />N 30° 31' 03" W; thence leaving said line, Southwesterly, along a non-tangent curve to the left, <br />concave to the Southeast, with a radius of 4598.37, a central angle of 02° 45' 20", an arc length of <br />221.15 feet to a point of cusp on the West line of said Parcel 2, a radial line to which bears <br />N33°16'2Y' W; thence along said West line N 0° 29' 23" E, 12.03 feet to apoint of cusp, aradiai <br />line to which bears N 33011' 24" W; thence leaving said West line, Northeasterly, along a non- <br />tangent curve to the right, concave to the Southeast, with a radius of 4608.37, a central angle of <br />02° 45' 01", an arc length of 221.21 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Containing 2212 square feet, more of less. <br /> <br />The basis of Bearings for this description is N 40° 27' 35" E between existing City of Pleasanton <br />control monuments (Pt#10) at the intersection of First St. & Vineyard Ave. And (Pt#11) at the <br />intersection of East Stanley Blvd. and Stanley Blvd., said bearings are on'the California Coordinate <br />System of 1983 Zone 1II and the distances given are Grid, to obtain ground distance multiply by <br />1.000079864. <br /> <br />The attached plat, Exhibit "B', is made a pan of this description hereof. <br /> <br />This real property description has been prepared by me, or under my direction in conformance with <br />the Professional Land Surveyors Act. <br /> <br />Richard <br /> <br />D at e Y <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT "A" Page 5 of 10 <br /> <br /> <br />
