City of Pleasanton <br />County of Alameda APN. 0946-1680-012-00 <br />First Street Widening (White, Raymond & Marian) <br /> <br />All that real property located in the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of Califomia, being <br />a portion of Parcel 2, as said parcel is shown on that Parcel Map 2298, filed in Book 97 of Parcel <br />Maps at Page 99, Alameda County Records, and being that area designated as "25' reserve for future <br />widening" within said Parcel 2, and more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Northerly common comer to Parcel 2 and Parcel 3 of the aforementioned map, said <br />comer being on the Southerly line of Parcel 1 of said map, to which point a radial line bears <br />N 30° 14' 49" W; thence Southwesterly along said Southerly line, along a curve to the left, concave <br />to the Southeast, with a radius of 4633.37 feet, a central angle of 02° 44' 14", an arc length of <br />221.35 feet to the Northwest comer of said Parcel 2, to which a radial line bears N 32° 59' 03" W; <br />thence along the West line of said Parcel, S 00° 29' 23" W, 30.01 feet to a point of cusp to which <br />a radial line bears N 33 ° 11' 24" W; thence Northeasterly along a curve to the right, concave to the <br />Southeast, with a radius of 4608.37 feet, a central angle of 02° 45' 01", an arc length of 221.21 feet <br />to a point of cusp on the West line of said Parcel 3, to which a radial line bears N 30° 26' 23" W; <br />thence along said West line N 01 ° 32' 28" E, 29.44 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Containing 5533 square feet, more or less. <br /> <br />The basis of bearings for this description is N 40° 27' 35" E between existing City of Pleasanton <br />control monuments (Pt~10) at the intersection of First St & Vineyard Ave. and (Pt#11) at the <br />intersection of East Stanley Blvd. and Stanley Blvd., said bearings are on the California Coordinate <br />System of 1983 Zone III and the distances given are Grid, to obtain ground distance multiply by <br />1.000079864. <br /> <br />The attached plat, Exhibit "B" is made a part of this description, hereof. <br /> <br />This real property description has been prepared by me, or under my direction, in conformante with <br />the Professional Land Surveyors Act. <br /> <br /> · <br /> <br />Richard P.
