City of Pleasanton Temporary Construction Easement <br />County of Alameda APN: 094-0095-04-04 <br />First Street Widening (Rosa & Bottarini) <br /> ( g i a Corp. ) <br /> <br />A strip of land, being a portion of that Parcel of land described in the Quitclaim deed to Rosa <br />recorded December 19, 1988 as series 88-321846, Alameda County records located in the City <br />of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, and more particularly described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the Southeasterly line of the right-of-way of First Street, being the most <br />Westerly corner of the Cavestri property, as described in the Grant of Perpetual Easement and <br />Right of Way (Cavestri to Alameda County) filed April 6, 1956 in Book 7990 at Page 321 of <br />Official Records of said County; thence along said Southeasterly line of Stanley Boulevard <br />N 44° 39' 37" E, 200.18 feet; thence N 39° 12' 37" E, 117.80 feet; thence leaving said line <br />S 50° 47' 23" E, 20.00 feet; thence along a line parallel with and 20 feet southeasterly of the <br />Southeasterly line of Stanley Boulevard S 39° 12' 37" W, 118.75 feet; thence S 44° 39' 37" W, <br />126.54 feet; thence leaving said parallel line S 36° 54' 35" W, 73.92 feet to the Southwest line <br />of the said Cavestri property; thence N 47° 55' 23" W 30.00 feet to the point of beghnning. <br /> <br />Containing 6736 square feet, more or less. <br /> <br />The basis of bearings for this description is a geodetic inverse bearing of N 40° 27' 35" E between <br />existing City of Pleasanton control monument (P~ 10) at the intersection of First St. & Vineyard <br />Ave. and (Pt~ 11) at the intersection of East Stanley Blvd. and Stanley Blvd., said bearings are <br />on the California Coordinate System of 1983 Zone III and the distances given are Grid, to obtain <br />ground distance multiply by 1.000079864. <br /> <br />The attached plat, Exhibit 'B", is made a part of this description, hereof. <br /> <br />This real property description has been prepared by me, or under my direction, in conformance <br />with the Professional Land Surveyors Act. <br /> <br />Richard P.
