<br />A strip of land, 5 feet in width, being a portion of that certain "parcel of land" conveyed by K.
<br />Rickenbach to F, & A.M. Aufdermaur, by Grant Deed recorded on December 12, 1988, Document
<br /># 325610, Alameda County Records, located in the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State
<br />of California, and more particularly described as follows:

<br />Beginning on the Southerly right-of-way line of Stanley Blvd. as granted in a Deed to the City of
<br />Pleasanton, recorded March 3, 1981, Document #81=032864, Alameda County Records, at the
<br />Northwest comer of the aforementioned "parcel of land"; thence along said Southerly line,
<br />Northeasterly, along a curve to the right, concave to the Southeast, with a radius of 4608.37 feet, a
<br />central angle of 01 ° 15' 21", 'an arc length of 101.01 feet to the beginning era compound curve;
<br />thence along a curve to the fight, concave to the South, with a radius of 30.00 feet, a central angle
<br />of g5 ° 07' 36", an arc length of 44.57 feet to a point of reverse curve on the Southwesterly right-of-
<br />way line of California Street; thence along the last said right-or-way line, along a curve to the le~,
<br />with a radius of 299.97 feet, a central angle of 01° 52' 43", an arc length of 9.84 feet to a point of
<br />cusp, a radial to which line bears S 5S° 13' 43" W; thence leaving said right~of-way line
<br />S 55°13'43" W, 5.00 feet to the beginning era non-tangent curve to the right, concave to the
<br />Northeast, a radial line to which bears N 55° 13'43 E; thence along said curve with a radius of 304.97
<br />feet, a central angle of 01 ° 52' 43", an arc length of 10.00 feet to a point of compound curve; thence
<br />along a curve to the lei~ with a radius of 25.00 feet, a central angle orBS° 07' 36", an arc length of
<br />37.14 feet to a point of reverse curve; thence along a curve to the le~t with a radius of 4603.37 feet,
<br />a central angle of 01° 17 3S", an arc length of 103.89 feet to a point of cusp on the West line of the
<br />aforementioned "parcel of land" to which a radial line bears; N 30° 26' 23" W; thence
<br /> N 01 ° 32' 28"E, 5.83 feet along said West line, to the point of'beginning.

<br /> The basis of Bearings for this description is N 40° 27' 35" E between existing City of Pleasanton
<br /> control monuments (Pt#10) at the intersection of First St. & V'meyard Ave. And (Pt~l 1) at the
<br /> intersection of East Stanley Blvd. and Stanley Blvd., said bearings are on the California Coordinate
<br /> System of 1983 Zone IH and the distances given are Grid, to obtain ground distance multiply by
<br /> 1.000079864.
