'/"~F~ ~ ,1998 <br />HELEN KNOWLES <br /> <br /> Grantor(s) <br /> <br /> REAL PROPERTY PtlRCttASE CONTRACT <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> FIRST STREET BRII)GE ROAD WIDENING PROJECT <br /> Assessor's Parcel No. 94-95-3 (Por.) <br /> <br /> A document in the form of a .Temporary Construction Easement, covering the property <br />particularly described in the said instrument has been executed and delivered to Albert Jordan, <br />Associate Right-of-Way Agent, County of Alameda, acting on behalf of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> In consideration of which, and the other considerations hereina~er set forth, it is mutually <br />agreed as follows: <br /> <br />1. The parties have herein set forth the whole of their agreement. The performance of this agre~raent - <br />constitutes the entire consideration for said document and shall relieve the City of Pleasanton of all <br />further obligation or claims on this account, or on account of the proposed public improvement. <br /> <br />2. The City of Pleasanton shall pay the undersigned Grantor the sum of $2,825~00, for this Temporary <br />Construction Easement. <br /> <br />3. Permission is hereby granted the City or its authorized aggnt to enter upon grantor's land where <br />necessary within that certain area shown outlined in red on the map marked Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof for the purpose of constructing improvements in First Street. <br /> <br />4. This Temporary Construction Easem~t shall terminate upon completion of the project known as <br />First Street Bridge Road Widening Project. <br /> <br />5. The undersigned grantor(s) warrant(s) that they are the owners(s) in fee simple of the prop~ty <br />affected by this Temporary Construction Easement as described in Clause 3 above and that they have <br />the exclusive right to grant this Temporary Construction Easement. <br /> <br /> Exhibit "A" Page 22 of 27 <br /> <br /> <br />
