City of Pleasanton Temporary Construction Easement County of Alameda APN: 094-0095-11-01 First Street Widening (First Baptist Church) A strip of land, 25 feet'in width, being a portion of an unnumbered plot lying between Plot 14 and First Street, as shown on the "Map of the Pleasanton Homesteads," filed March 7, 1885, in Map Book 6 at Page 30, Alameda County Records, located in the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Southeastern line of First Street distant thereon N 42°05' 52" E 194.42 feet from the Northem line of Vineyard Avenue, as said Street and Avenue are shown on said "Map", being common with the Northeast corner of Parcel B as shown on that Parcel Map 681, filed in Book 69 at Page 25, Alameda County Records; thence along the Southeastern line ofFErst Street N 42° 05' 52" E, 459.18 feet to the North line of land described in Deed to Jack Gualco, et ux, recorded July 30, 1941; theme along said North line N 73° 34' 52" E, 47.87 feet; thence along a line parallel with and 20 feet Southerly of said Southeastern line of First Street S 42° 05' 52" W, 479.38 feet to the North line of said Parcel B; thence along said North line N 87° 25' 08" W, 32.41 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 11,732 Square feet, more or less. The bash of bearings for this description is N 40° 27' 35" E between existing City of Pleasanton control monument (Pt#10) at the intersection of First St. & Vineyard Ave. and (Pt# 11) at the intersection of East Stanley Blvd. and Stanley Blvd., said bearings are on the California Coordinate System of 1983 Zone III and the distances given are Grid, to obtain ground distance multiply by 1.000079864.
