City of Pleasanton Storm Drain Easement <br />County of Alameda APN: 094-0095-11-01 <br />First Street Widening (First Baptist Church) <br /> <br />All that .real property being a portion of an unnumbered plot lying between Plot 14 and First <br />Street, as shown on the "Map of the Pleasanton Homesteads," filed March 7, 1885, in Map Book <br />6 at Page 30, Alameda County Records, located in the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, <br />State of California, and more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the Southeastern line of First Street distant thereon N 42°05, 52" E <br />210.02 feet from the Northern line of Vineyard Avenue, as said Street and Avenue are shown on <br />said "Map", said point also bears N 42° 05' 52" E, 15.60 feet from the Northeast corner of Parcel <br />B as shown on that Parcel Map 681, filed in Book 69 at Page 25, Alameda County Records; <br />thence along said Southeastern line of First Street N 42° 05' 52" E, 16.00 feet to a point; thence <br />leaving said Southeastern line S 47° 54' 08" E, 14.00 feet to a point; thence along a line parallel <br />with and 14.00 feet Southerly of said Southeastern line of First Street S 42° 05' 52" W, 16.00 feet <br />to.a point; thence N 47° 54' 08" E, 14.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Containing 224 square feet, more or less. <br /> <br />The basis of bearings for this description is N 40° 27' 35" E between existing City of Pleasanton <br />control monument (P~10) at the intersection of First St. & Vineyard Ave. and (Pt~ 11) at the <br />intersection of East Stanley Blvd. and Stanley Blvd., said bearings are on the California <br />Coordinate System of 1983 Zone III and the distances given are Grid, to obtain ground distance <br />multiply by 1.000079864. <br /> <br />The attached plat, Exhibit "B', is made a part of this description, hereof. <br /> <br />This real property description has been prepared by me, or under my direction, in conformance <br />with the Professional Land Surveyors Act. <br /> <br />DRiLhe~.
