I 18.4 At any time until December 31, 1999, LAVWMA may cancel this Agreement <br />2 by written notice to EBDA. Payments described in Paragraph 18.2 shall apply from <br />3 October 1, 1997 until the date of receipt of said written notice from LAVWMA. In addition, <br />4 LAVWMA shall have the right to extend its option to proceed until December 31.20.00 by <br />5 prepaying on or before December 31, '1999 interest in an amount equal to the sum of <br />6 four times the amount of the last full quarterly interest payment in accordance to <br />7 Paragraph 18.2. In the event of such extension, the right to make the payment specified <br />8 in Paragraph 18.3 and to cancel as stated in Paragraph 18.4 shall be exercised before <br />9 December 31, 2000 and payment obligations in Paragraph 5.1.2 shall commence <br />10 July 1, 2001. <br />11 19. LAVWMA Compliance With Agreement. Should LAVWMA fail to comply with the <br />12 financial terms and conditions of this Agreement, and does not .make payment. within <br />13 sixty (60) days after receiving notice and demand to pay from EBDA, EBDA may <br />14 commence an action to specifically enforce the terms of this Agreement in accordance <br />!5 with Paragraph 7.3. In the event that the parties cannot agree on the amount owing, the <br />: 6 payment schedule set forth in Table I shall control and EBDA shall be entitled to recover <br />7 the unpaid amounts set forth in that table, payable as set forth therein.
