Encroachment Permit with San Leandro. Prior to commencement of <br />9 construeion, ~MA shall obtain an Encroachment Permit from the CiW of San <br />10 Leandro to minimize impacts of construeion. ~MA shall also provide irrigation and <br />I1 street trees along Lewelling Boulevard from W~hington Avenue to Wicks Boulevard. <br />12 11. Agreement With HaZard. ~MA shall enter into a separate agreement w~h <br />13 the CiW of HaZard that is consistent with the HaZard C~ Councirs Resoldion No. 93- <br />14 159. <br /> <br />15 12. Indemni~. Both pa~ies shall operte and maintain their respe~ive systems so <br />16 as not to damage the other pa~'s sy~em.
