CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-18 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REVISED <br /> REALLOCATION SCHEDULES AND AUTHORIZING THE <br /> CITY MANAGER TO SIGN AN AMENDMENT TO BLACK <br /> MOUNTAIN DEVELOPMENTS AGREEMENT AND TO <br /> EXECUTE A GROWTH MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> WITH GREENBRIAR HOMES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 3, 1998, the City Council reviewed the report of the <br /> Director of Planning and Community Development (SR 98:41) regarding the <br /> consideration of growth management reallocations and Greenbriar Homes' request <br /> for a new allocation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the City Council at which time members of the public <br /> presented testimony regarding the growth management reallocations and <br /> Greenbriar Homes' request for 49 units in 1998 and 62 units in 1999. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the revised reallocation schedule for Black Mountain Development <br /> (Carriage Gardens) to allow 15 building permits to be obtained in 1998 and nine <br /> building permits to be obtained in 1999. <br /> <br />Section 2: Approves Greenbriar Homes' request and grants growth management approval for <br /> 49 units in 1998 and 62 units in 1999. <br /> <br /> Section 3: Adopts the Table attached to this resolution as Exhibit 1 that shows growth <br /> management allocations for the major projects that have been approved. <br /> <br /> Section 4: Authorizes the City Manager to sign a Growth Management Agreement with <br /> Greenbriar Homes and to sign an amendment to the existing Growth Management <br /> Agreement with Black Mountain Development for the Carriage Gardens project, <br /> all in accordance with this resolution. <br /> <br /> <br />
