CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-10 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br /> FOR THE APPLICATION OF GREENBRIAR SYCAMORE <br /> VALLEY COMPANY TO CONSTRUCT AN OFF-SITE <br /> WATER TANK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 17, 1998, the City Council received a proposed negative <br /> declaration for the application of Greenbriar Sycamore Valley Company to <br /> construct an off-site 1.1 million gallon water tank and access road to service the <br /> area including its development of 111 single-family detached homes on 56.2+ <br /> acres located on the northerly side of Sycamore Road approximately 1800 ft. <br /> easterly of Sunol Boulevard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated October 20, <br /> 1997, and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the <br /> opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed water tank; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br /> applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed water tank would not have any si~i~cant <br /> adverse effects on the environment. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
