The term of the Foothill Deferment Agreement, as <br /> amended by this Second Amendment, shall continue until <br /> August 9, 2005. If the Development Agreement covering <br /> the Property is operative for a longer period of time, <br /> the term of the Foothill Deferment Agreement shall be <br /> extended to conform with the term of the Development <br /> Agreement. <br /> <br /> 3. Remainder of Aqreement.
