CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 97-146 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO <br /> THE STONERIDGE SEWER AGREEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton and Security Trust Company have entered into the <br /> Stoneridge Sewer Agreement, dated November 5, 1992; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City and Security Trust Company desire to amend the agreement with regard to <br /> the co-efficient factor applicable to new department and specialty store occupants <br /> of the Shopping Center and to reserve an additional 10,600 gallons per day of <br /> sewage capacity in order that sufficient sewer capacity will be available to build <br /> out the Shopping Center; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 9, 1997, the City Council received the report of the <br /> Director of Planning and Community Development (SR 97:350) regarding the <br /> proposed amendment to the Stoneridge Sewer Agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the First Amendment to the Stoneridge Sewer Agreement, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, and authorizes <br /> the Mayor to sign the document. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
