IN CONNECTION WITH THE DEVELOPMENT KNOWN AS STONERIDGE CORPORATE PLAZA II THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT ("First Amendment") is made and entered into this 6th day of Januarv 1998 by and between the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (the "City"), and CROCKER PROPERTIES, INC., a wholly owned subsidiary of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., a national banking association (the "Developer"). RECITALS A. WHEREAS, on July 10, 1990, the City Council approved the Development Agreement between City and Developer pursuant to California Government Code Section 65864 et sea., by its Ordinance No. 1472, and said Ordinance became effective on August 9, 1990; and B. WHEREAS, the Development Agreement was recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Alameda County on August 20, 1990, as Instrument No. 90-224582; and C. WHEREAS, City and Developer desire to amend the Development Agreement to extend its term by an additional five (5) years; and D.
