CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 97-14 1 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br /> FOR THE APPLICATION OF PONDEROSA HOMES FOR <br /> PREZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR <br /> A 300-UNIT SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL <br /> DEVELOPMENT ON A 92-ACRE PARCEL LOCATED AT <br /> 3380 AND 3450 MOHR AVENUE, AS FILED UNDER CASE <br /> PUD-96-10 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 2, 1997, the City Council received a proposed negative <br /> declaration for the application of Ponderosa Homes for prezoning and <br /> development plan approval for a 300-unit single-family residential development on <br /> a 92-acre parcel located at 3380 and 3450 Mohr Avenue (Case PUD-96-10); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated October 29,, <br /> 1997, and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the <br /> oppommity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed prezoning <br /> and development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br /> applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council fmds that the proposed prezoning and development plan would <br /> not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
