1 17.1 The Agreement to provide additional system discharge services, dated June <br />2 20, 1985, is amended by deleting the following provisions: <br />3 17.1.1 Paragraph 2. Services Charges, which required LAVWMA to <br />4 pay EBDA $5,000 per annum as depreciation, $2,000 per annum for administration, and <br />5 annual interest on the sum of $320,000. <br />6 17.1.2 Paragraph 4. The additional interruptible discharge right of <br />7 1.28 MGD is amended as described in this Agreement. -. <br />8 17.1.3 Paragraph 11. Term, which terminated the agreement on <br />9 December 31, 1998. <br />10 17.2 Except as expressly amended by this 1997 Agreement, the terms of the <br />11 prior agreements between EBDA and LAVWMA shall remain in full force and effect. <br />12 These documents consist ofthe EBDA/LAVWMA Agreement dated February 1, 1978, First <br />13 Amendment to the EBDA/LAVWMA Agreement dated March 26, 1981, Second <br />14 Amendment to the EBDA/LAVWMA Agreement dated February 18, 1993, Agreement to <br />15 Provide Additional System Discharge Services dated June 20, 1985 and First <br />16 Amendment to Agreement to Provide Additional System Discharge dated February 18, <br />17 1993. <br />18 17.3 At the time that LAVWMA pays the initial capital fee, EBDA and LAVWMA <br />19 shall cooperate in integrating all existing agreements into one master agreement <br />20 consistent herewith. If IAVWMA determines not to proceed with the Export Expansion <br />21 Project, this Agreement shall have no force or effect except as provided in Paragraph 18 <br />22 below. <br />- 23 18.
