The purpose of the GRAD is to provide recommendations and
- maintenance gu~~delines for certain specified geologic hazards. This Plan of Control was developed
based upon the '.findings of the above referenced geotechnical report and on our experience from
GHADs established on nearby properties.
We assume that'. a geologic map was prepared during the mass grading operations. In addition, as-
graded plans should be made available showing the limits of identified landslides not mitigated by
- the developmenx, landslide repairs and slope stability mitigation efforts. These documents should be
provided to the SHAD for use in future administration, maintenance and monitoring.
We appreciate the opportunity to have worked with your office on this project. If you have any
questions regarding the findings of the Plan of Control, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Very truly yours,
ENGEOINCORl.PO TED
Brian Flaherty
C.E.G. 1256
bf/jf:ghad
Reviewed by:
Uri Eliahu
2401 Ctow Canyon Road • Suite 200 • San Ramon, CA 94583-1545 • (510) 538-1600 • Fax (510) 838-7425
E-mail: engstaffQengeo.com • WWW: http://www.engeo.com
