ATTACHMENT 2 <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ~IQ,~~ <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION N0.92-99 (FEE <br />POLICY) AND RESOLUTION N0.92-100 (MASTER FEE <br />SCHEDULE) TO ESTABLISH FEES FOR RECREATIONAL <br />SERVICES <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 92-99 (Fee Policy) and Resolution No. 92-100 (Master Fee <br />Schedule) are the present repositories for listing of fees and charges for the <br />City of Pleasanton; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 7, 1997, the City Council received the Staff Report <br />(SR 97:289) of the Director of Pazks and Community Services recommending <br />adoption of the updated fees for that Department's activities; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Approves the Fees and Charges Schedule attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by this reference. <br />Section 2: Authorizes staff to adjust fees and charges for services and facilities for up to <br />20% of the approved fees and charges without resubmitting the change to the <br />City Council. <br />Section 3: Authorizes staff to provide new programs/classes at a fee based on the cost of <br />service or established guidelines and that fees for such programs or classes be <br />submitted to the Council for approval within aone-year period from initiation of <br />the class or program. <br />Section 4: Authorizes the Recreation Senior Supervisors or Director of Pazks and <br />Community Services to continue to enter into contractual agreements for <br />program services. <br />Section 5: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br />
