Nonresidents <br />Applicants residing outside City limits of Pleasanton. <br />Organizations whose memberships are less than 75 % <br />Pleasanton residents. <br />D.* Commercial, For-Profit Organizations <br />Use of City facilities for business purposes <br />*New Category <br />Amador Theater Fee Policy <br />The goals of the Fee Policy for Amador Theater aze to: <br />1. Facilitate public use of the facility as exemplified by: <br />$75.00 + $50.00 <br />$100.00 + $75.00 <br />A. 60 days free use by the Pleasanton Unified School District. <br />B. Programming of the facility by the Civic Arts Program of the Department of <br />Parks and Community Services. <br />C. Other nonrevenue generating uses by the City for community gatherings and events. <br />2. Support local, cosponsored arts groups by allowing their priority use of the facility at the <br />most reasonable rental rates possible. <br />3. Further enhance the cultural life of the community by attracting other performing arts <br />companies and artists of regional and national significance to use the facility at reasonable <br />rates. <br />In order to achieve these goals, the fee structure for Amador Theater will be based on the following <br />objectives: <br />1. Dedicate and book at least 150 days to revenue-generating uses and activities. <br />2. Structure the overall fee schedule to recover, on average, at least SO% of the direct <br />operating costs associated with all revenue-generating days. <br />3. Structure the overall fee schedule to recover, on average, at least 30% of the total yeazly <br />direct operating expenses of the theater. <br />4. Achieve Objectives 2 and 3 by implementing a sliding fee scale based upon the following <br />minimum expectations: <br />SR 97:289 <br />Page 19 <br />
