CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0.97-119 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING <br />(MASTER FEE SCHEDULE) <br />RECREATIONAL SERVICES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-100 <br />TO ESTABLISH FEES FOR <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 92-100 (Master Fee Schedule) lists fees and charges for the City <br />of Pleasanton; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 7, 1997, the City Council received the Staff Report <br />(SR 97:289) of the Director of Parks and Community Services recommending <br />revising fees for that Department's activities; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section l: Approves the Fees and Charges Schedule attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by this reference. <br />Section 2: Authorizes staff to adjust fees and charges for services and facilities for up to 20% <br />of the approved fees and charges without resubmitting the change to the City <br />Council. <br />Section 3: Authorizes staff to provide new programs/classes at a fee based on the cost of <br />service or established guidelines and that fees for such programs or classes be <br />submitted to the Council for approval within cone-year period from initiation of <br />the class or program. <br />Section 4: Authorizes the Recreation Senior Supervisors or Director of Pazks and Community <br />Services to continue to enter into contractual agreements for program services. <br />Section 5: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />
