<br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-118 <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING GROWTH MANAGEMENT <br />APPROVAL AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER <br />TO SIGN AMENDMENTS TO GROWTH MANAGEMENT <br />AGREEMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS <br />RESOLUTION <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 16, 1997, the City Council reviewed the report of the <br />Director of Planning and Community Development (SR 97:272) regarding the <br />semi-annual review and consideration of growth management; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a public hearing at which the public presented <br />testimony regarding the matter; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Authorizes growth management approval as follows: <br />Modified Program Participants 1997 1998 1999 2000 <br />Castlewood Heights (Black Mt.
