CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 97-115 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR A SPECIFIC PLAN AMENDMENT (SPA-97-02) AND FOR A REZONING AND A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD-97-08) APPROVAL (RAY STREET VILLAGE) WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 16, 1997, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of Trumark Homes and Pine Street Properties for an amendment to the Downtown Specific Plan (SPA-97-02) and for rezoning and development plan approval for an approximately 6,100 square foot office building with asemi-subterranean garage and 30 small-lot, single-family detached homes on property located at 63, 65, and 73 Ray Street; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated June 13, 1997 and received the recommendations of staff and the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed Specific Plan Amendment, PUD rezoning, and development plan approval; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed Specific Plan amendment, proposed rezoning and development plan approval would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; and WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that the proposed project will have no potential for adverse impacts on the site's wildlife: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Trumark Homes and Pine Street Properties for an amendment to the Downtown Specific Plan (SPA-97-02) and for rezoning and development plan approval (PUD-97-08) for an approximately 6,100 square foot office building with asemi-subterranean parking garage and 30 small-lot, single-family, detached homes on property located at 63, 65, and 73 Ray Street.
