CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-110 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DESIGN FOR AN <br />ADDITIONAL MODULAR OFFICE FACILITY AT 200 <br />OLD BERNAL AVENUE AND ALLOCATING <br />FUNDING <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the design of the modular facility <br />at its meeting on September 10, 1997 and recommended approval; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Approves the design of the additional modular office facility to be located <br />at 200 Old Bernal Avenue, subject to the conditions set forth in Attachment <br />B, incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Section 2: Approves an expenditure of $45,500 ($36,892.16 for purchase of the <br />modular plus a ten percent contingency) for the purchase of the modular <br />facility from Mobile Modular; $10,000 to purchase related interior <br />furnishings; and $5,000 for on-site improvements including landscaping <br />modifications. <br />Section 3: Authorizes the City Manager to sign related purchase documents in a form <br />approved by the City Attorney. <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br />
