Construction of the new <br /> pipeline will be followed immediately by the repair component consisting of <br /> the relining of the existing pipeline which is intended to have a design <br /> capacity of 20.2 mgd PWWF. <br /> <br /> P. LAVWMA's Existing Facilities, - existing facilities consisting of a 16 mile <br /> export pipeline (approximately 4 miles of force main and 12 miles of gravity <br /> interceptor) from LAVWMA's export pump station, located in City, to the East <br /> Bay Dischargers Authority ("EBDA") pipeline in the City of San Leandro; <br /> storage capacity of 18 million gallons; an effluent pump station at District's <br /> Treatment Plant and the force main which carries effluent; and an interceptor <br /> that carries effluent from the treatment plant owned and operated by the City <br /> of Livermore. <br /> <br /> Q.
