and relevant technical data. to facilitate and monitor water quality review by <br />regulatory agencies, and to work toward the development of an appropriate water <br />quality management plan for the Main Basin. <br /> <br /> 9. Integration. This First Supplemental Agreement constitutes the entire <br />agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof; provided, that <br />nothing herein contained shall be deemed a fimitation upon the parties to enter into <br />further supplemental agreements. <br /> <br /> 10. Successors. This Agreement, and the duties, obligations, and rights <br />of the parties shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, their successors. <br /> <br /> 11. Severability. The provisions of this Agreement are severable, such <br />that, if any paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase, or other provision of this <br />Agreement, or the application thereof to either party, or to any other person or <br />circumstance is, for any reason, held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, <br />said invalid portion shall be deemed severable and the remainder of the agreement <br />or the application thereof to the other party or to other persons shall not be affected <br />thereby. <br /> <br /> 12. Effect on Basic Agreement. Except to the extent supplemented or <br />modified hereby, all terms, conditions and provisions of the Basic Agreement shall <br />remain, and are, in full force and effect. <br /> <br /> 13. Paragraph Headings.
