CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 97-104 RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING EXISTING GROWTH MANAGEMENT ALLOCATION AND ALLOCATING AN ADDITIONAL 78 UNITS WHEREAS, in conjunction with the application of Security Capital Pacific Trust and Prudential Insurance Company of America for PUD approval to construct a 540-unit apartment complex, Council reviewed the request of Security Capital to transfer the 462 growth management allocations from the previously approved apartment project to the proposed project; and WHEREAS, Security Capital Pacific Trust and Prudential Insurance also requested an additional allocation of 78 units; and WHEREAS, the Director of Planning and Community Development presented a staff report (SR 97:260) for Council's review; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the request of Security Capital Pacific Trust and Prudential Insurance Company to transfer the 462 growth management allocations from the previously approved apartment project to the proposed apartment project. Section 2: Approves the growth management request for an additional allocation of 78 units in 1999, with the stipulation that these 78 units may be moved to an earlier year ff space becomes available, and that this transfer/allocation shall be subject to any growth management program revisions that may be adopted by the City Council. Section 3: Authorizes the City Manager to sign a growth management agreement to reflect this resolution. Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
