CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 97-104 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING EXISTING GROWTH <br /> MANAGEMENT ALLOCATION AND ALLOCATING <br /> AN ADDITIONAL 78 UNITS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in conjunction with the application of Security Capital Pacific Trust and <br /> Prudential Insurance Company of America for PUD approval to construct a <br /> 540-unit apartment complex, Council reviewed the request of Security <br /> Capital to transfer the 462 growth management allocations from the <br /> previously approved apartment project to the proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Security Capital Pacific Trust and Prudential Insurance also requested an <br /> additional allocation of 78 units; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Planning and Community Development presented a staff <br /> report (SR 97:260) for Council's review; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the request of Security Capital Pacific Trust and Prudential <br /> Insurance Company to transfer the 462 growth management allocations <br /> from the previously approved apartment project to the proposed apartment <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 2: Approves the growth management request for an additional allocation of 78 <br /> units in 1999, with the stipulation that these 78 units may be moved to an <br /> earlier year ff space becomes available, and that this transfer/allocation <br /> shall be subject to any growth management program revisions that may be <br /> adopted by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: Authorizes the City Manager to sign a growth management agreement to <br /> reflect this resolution. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
