CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-102 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN INTERIM <br />PLEASANTON FIRE MANAGEMENT <br />COMPENSATION PLAN <br />WHEREAS, compensation for the City's fire management employees is set forth in the <br />City's Fire Management Compensation Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the current Fire Management Compensation Plan expires August 31, 1997; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, compensation for the City's fire management employees for the period <br />September 1, 1997 through August 31, 1998, as recommended by the City <br />Manager, is set forth in the attached Interim Fire Management <br />Compensation Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Adopts the attached Fire Management Compensation Plan effective <br />September 1, 1997. <br />Section 2: Repeals Resolution No. 96-140. <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 26, 1997 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Councilmembers -Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />ATTEST: <br />c <br />Peggy zi o, City Jerk <br />Michael H.
