';,i±[EREA$, the ?!omen's Improvment Club, of the Town of <br />Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, have de- <br />livered this Honorbale Board of Trustees a deed in and to the <br />real ',property upon which a contract for the erection for a <br />town hall has been let by the ToWn Board of Trustees, and <br /> <br /> ~.~,EH~.AS, as part consideration therefor the said Women' <br />Improvement Club were' to receive a lease in and to a certain <br />portion of said town hall, and <br /> <br /> Ui. UERLAS, there is hereunto annexed a copy of said lease <br />setting forth the terms and conditions of said lease; <br /> <br /> NOW T[dERLFORE, Oe and it is hereby resolved that the <br />President of the Board of trustees of the town of P!ea. santon, <br />and the Clerk of the Board of Trustees, respectively, be and <br />they are hereby authorized and empowered to affixed the name <br />of the Town of Pleasant°n, and the seal of said town thereto. <br /> <br /> The above ~esolution was introduced, passed and adopted <br /> <br />at a regular meeting held on the day of , A.D., 191~, <br /> <br />by the following vote:- <br />Absent. ~~n-F <br /> <br />Clerk. <br /> <br />President ~f the Board of <br />Trustees. <br /> <br /> <br />
